PURPOSE:To cut an adhesive tape in the state where the physical properties and shape of the adhesive tape are maintained by applying a small tension by fixing and transferring a stuck member onto a transfer table in substitution for the transfer of a roller. CONSTITUTION:The whole of a stick-cutting mechanism is supported by a stay 1, and a stuck member 18 is installed onto a transfer table 19. After pressed onto the surface of an adhesive tape by a pushing cylinder 11, a cutter 14 is slided in the lateral direction by a slide cylinder, and the tape 4 can be cut in a moment. In this case, the adhesive tape 4 is cut by freely changing the position of the stuck member 18, the adhesive-tape 4 feeding position, and the transfer quantity of the transfer table 19, and therefore, an arbitrary length of the adhesive tape can be stick-cut efficiently at an arbitrary position of the stuck member 18.
