PURPOSE:To facilitate a ride-across advance by fitting an auxiliary wheel with its lower face height and axis made higher than those of an axial wheel in front of a front wheel of a bogie or the like. CONSTITUTION:An auxiliary wheel 3 with its axis and lower-face height made higher than those of a swivel caster 1 is provided in front of the swivel caster 1. According to this constitution, the auxiliary wheel 3 operates before the swivel caster 1 is brought into contact with an obstacle. Therefore, the swivel caster 1 is put in an idle condition, and the auxiliary wheel 3 functions as an axial wheel, thus a bogie can advance by riding across the obstacle independently of the angle of the swivel caster 1.
