PURPOSE:To prevent the inner surface of the hood and a ventilation fan from being stained by constructing the hood in a dual manner of an outer side and an inner side, and causing the flow of air generated by the ventilation fan mounted on the outside of the hood to flow between the outside hood and the inside hood. CONSTITUTION:Materials of low costs are used for an inner duct. The inner duct is of a type in which thin materials are assembled so that it does not become bulky. Therefore, it has usually spare ones so that it can be used only once and then thrown away in case it is stained. The exhaust hood is provided with a ventilation fan 1, an outside hood 2, an inside hood 3, an air guide 4 and an exhaust port E. When oil, etc. are used in the kitchen, the inside of the room is stained with soots, and the exhaust food itself is stained, though it is an article necessary for living, and it requires labor when it is cleaned. Since the exhaust hood exhausts stained air in such a manner that it is wrapped by air from the ventilation fan, stains attached to the inner hood 3 are small in amount, and when the inner hood 3 is stained, it can be removed and thrown away, and hence there is no need to clean it. Since the ventilation fan 1 can exhaust even stained air in the vicinity of the ceiling and is attached to the outside, it is easily cleaned and the ventilation fan is difficult to be stained. |
