PURPOSE:To make control possible and improve the expression efficiency, by inserting a promoter different from that of ompF gene and a regulatory gene into a plasmid containing a specific gene and the gene of ompF protein. CONSTITUTION:A vector for expression obtained by constructing several kinds of plasmids (pIA100-600) containing ompF gene deficient in a regulatory promoter region utilizing plasmids of pHF series deficient in regulatory promoter region of ompF genes in various lengths and inserting a promoter different from the ompF gene and a regulatory gene into the upstream side of the ompF gene of the plasmids pIA100-600. Thus, the promoter and regulatory gene are inserted into the vector for expression to afford the aimed plasmid, controllable and having high expression efficiency. |
