摘要 PURPOSE:To perform a temperature compensation by setting the electromotive force efficiency by the uniform infrared-energy irradiation so that the outside peripheral electrode side is made higher than the central electrode side. CONSTITUTION:In case the energy irradiated from a uniform infrared-energy irradiation source S is converted by an optical system 31 and detected with a detecting element 32, an incident angle with respect to the electrode 33 of the central part is extremely small but the incident angle with respect to the electrode of the outside peripheral part comes up to 50 deg. sometimes and the influence of the incident angle is an important factor. Because of this, one or plural nonsensitive parts are provided to the central electrode part or the electrode in its neighborhood. Then, in case the incident angle of the extreme outside periphery of the outside peripheral part electrode 34, its inside incident angle and further, the incident angle of the outside periphery of the central electrode 33 are denoted as theta3, alpha2 and theta1 respectively, the sensitive efficiency of the electrode of the central part or its neighborhood is deteriorated so that the average incident angle of the electrode 33 is aimed for a ratio of the average incident angle (theta3+theta2)/2 of the electrode 34 to perform the temperature compensation.
