Pyrrolo[3,2,1-hi]indole derivatives, in the form of racemates or optically active isomers, corresponding to the formula <IMAGE> in which: - R represents a (C3-5)alkenyl radical; and - R1 and R2 each represent, independently of each other, a hydrogen atom, a halogen atom or a (C1-4)alkyl radical. Application in therapeutics.
