<p>PURPOSE:To prevent the feed of unevaporated liquefied gas to a user, by a method wherein, during overload in that the gas flows in a liquefied state from a vaporizer, a liquid regulating valve is shut off through detection of a decrease in temperature in a temperature sensing cylinder. CONSTITUTION:During overload in that gas flows from a vaporizer 3 as it is left liquefied, liquid flowing from the vaporizer 3 flows to a gas liquid separator 10, and the liquid, further flowing to a temperature sensing cylinder 11, is dropped to the bottom part of the temperature sensing cylinder 11. As a result, a temperature detector 12 is suddenly cooled to demagnetize an electromagnetic actuator 14D of a control valve 14. This causes separation of a valve body 14G from a valve seat 14C. A gas pressure in a gap phase part 2B of a storage tank 1 is fed to a diaphragm chamber 9F of a liquid regulating valve 9 to immediately closes the liquid regulating valve 9.</p> |
