The present invention relates to an audio-visual electronic device allowing the production of vocal, sound and visual sequences according to a program and recorded data. This device can include its own power supply which renders it independent. The use of a monochip containing a microprocessor, a vocal synthesizer, a digital-to-analog converter and a programmable memory, and an integrated circuit comprising a low frequency amplifier and a power supply considerably reducing the size, weight and consumption, thus allowing its use in any support in the fields of promotion, publicity, communications, toys or decoration.
