The extrusion means 32 has the ring-shaped outside extrusion member 50 having an outer diameter of a little larger than the inner diameter of the through hole 40 and the inner extrusion member 52 set inside the member 50 and the operation means works to return the member 50 at low speed and then to return the member 52 when the members 52 and 50 are returned to the through hole 40. Consequently, the extrusion operation can be carried out smoothly without producing vacuum between the top of the food and the extrusion members when the extrusion members are returned. |
