PURPOSE:To improve baking hardening without deteriorating deep drawability by limiting C, Si, Mn, P, Al, S and N to respective prescribed percentages and also by limiting the amount of Ti to a proper range. CONSTITUTION:The titled cold-rolled steel sheet contains, by weight, 0.0005-0.015% C, <=1% Si, <=1% Mn, <=0.15% P, 0.005-0.1% Al, <=0.008% S and <=0.004% N, satisfies S+N<=0.005% and contains available Ti in a prescribed range. Further, the above available Ti is represented by Ti%-48/14(N%)-48/82(S%) and is incorporated by an amount one to four times that of C(%).
