PURPOSE:To suppress the cost-up of the device by obtaining the period of the spread code system at the transmitting side and the receiving side with the frequency of the alternating current electric power source supplied as the basis of the setting target frequency of the signal outputted from an oscillating means. CONSTITUTION:By frequency-dividing the central frequency oscillated from a voltage controlled oscillator VCO 11 into 15 by a frequency-dividing circuit 12, the clock with the frequency almost equal to the alternating current electric power source frequency can be obtained. In order to compare the clock with the phase of an alternating electric power source 4 voltage, the multiplier of the both is obtained by a phase comparing device 13 and the result is inputted to a integrator 14. The above-mentioned action is also executed in a receiver 2, output signals from VCO 11 and 21 come to be both equal frequencies and the same phases, input into respectively spread code system generating device 15 and 25, and the mutually synchronized spread code system is generated. Thus, without depending upon the delaying locking loop, the phase locking and therefore, the circuit is not be made complicated, and the cost-up of the device can be suppressed. |
