PURPOSE:To make it possible to adjust the position of a damper block, by setting plural struts, a spring member, and struts connecting means which connect said spring member to said struts at any position of the struts, outside the damper block along the radial direction of a rotary shaft. CONSTITUTION:Struts 19 are planted vertically on the outer circumferential surface of a damper block 14, the tips of these struts 19 pierce a bearing housing 16, and a plate spring 21 is fixed to a bracket 20 by a bolt 22. Lock nuts 23 are screwed on the struts 19, respectively, and the position of the damper block 14 can be changed by controlling the fastening distance of these lock nuts 23.
