NEW MATERIAL:A compound shown by the formula I (R is H or -CH2=CH2; Bn is benzyl; Et is ethyl). USE:Human chorionic gonadotropin. PREPARATION:A compound shown by the formula II is glycosylated with a compound shown by the formula III (Ac is acetyl; Phth is phthaloyl) to give a compound shown by the formula IV (R<1> is -OCH2CH=CH2; R<2> is benzyl; R<3> and R<4> are phthaloyl; R<5> is acetyl). Then, the compound is successively subjected to processes of deacetylation, dephthaloylation, deallylation, chloroimidation, glycosylation, deallylation, glycosylation, glacosylation, hydrogen reduction and deacetylation.
