摘要 PURPOSE:To prevent HC emission of an engine from worsening and improve its fuel consumption, by providing a fuel injection quantity setting means which sets an injection quantity of fuel in accordance with the change rate of opening of a throttle valve in its closing side. CONSTITUTION:A fuel injection quantity arithmetic means calculates a fuel injection quantity tau in accordance with the predetermined operative condition parameter of an internal-combustion engine. A throttle valve opening-change rate arithmetic means calculates an opening change rate DELTATA of a throttle valve in the engine, while a throttle valve opening-change rate decision means decides whether or not the opening change rate DELTATA of the throttle valve in its closing side is in a predetermined value C or more. A fuel injection quantity setting means sets a minimum fuel injection quantity taumin when the opening change rate DELTATA of the throttle valve in its closing side is in the predetermined value C or more, while sets the calculated fuel injection quantity tau when the change rate DELTATA is less than the predetermined value C. In this way, HC emission of the engine can be prevented from worsening and its fuel consumption can be improved by controlling air-fuel ratio to a lean side when the throttle valve is rapidly closed.
