NEW MATERIAL:The compound of formula I (R<1> is 1-10C aliphatic group; R<2> and R<3> are H or 1-10C aliphatic group). USE:A modification agent for antibiotic substance. PREPARATION:The compound of formula I can be produced by (1) reacting the fluorine-containing oxetane of formula II with the thioglycolic acid ester of formula HSCH2COOR<1> in the presence of a base (e.g. potassium tert-butoxide) in a solvent such as tetrahydrofuran at -70-+50 deg.C, and (2) reacting the resultant fluorine-containing diester of formula III with ammonia or amine of formula NHR<2>R<3> in a solvent such as dichloromethane at -70-+100 deg.C, preferably -20-+20 deg.C.
