<p>PURPOSE:To effectively prevent a coil from disconnecting or slacking by narrowing the groove of a diode holding base of a high voltage bobbin, press- fitting diode leads, entangling the leads in the U-shaped bent state, and fixing the leads. CONSTITUTION:A diode mounting groove C is formed on the outer periphery of a cylindrical bobbin 1, and a diode holding base 5 is provided in the groove. A diode lead holding groove having a narrower width than the diameter of diode leads 4 is formed on the base 5, the leads 4 are press-fitted to the groove to secure a diode 3. The leads 4 are bent in U shape in the portions projected from the recess, the ends are once directed outward and projected, the leads 2' of a high voltage coil 2 are entangled there, and secured by soldering. The ends are eventually pressed inside from the outer periphery of the collar of a bobbin 1 to complete a transformer.</p> |
