PURPOSE:To increase a magnetic flux and to increase a torque by bending silicon steel plates disposed at the end of poles of a stator core in a rotational shaft direction perpendicular to the circumferential direction of the core. CONSTITUTION:The uppermost and lowermost plates of silicon steel plates disposed at the ends of poles 41, 42... of a stator core 4 are bent in upward and downward directions along their rotational shafts 1 in the width (t) substantially equal to the thickness of the inner periphery of a permanent magnet 11 to sufficiently increase the opposing area with the magnet 11. Accordingly, the effective magnetic flux generated between the plates and the magnet 11 can be sufficiently increasing to increase a drive torque.
