An eccentric hub assembly is composed of an outside hub(4), an inside hub(5), a center pipe shaft(7), an acting bar(12), and a wheel(13). The hub drum(4b) of the outside hub has a circular rotating hollowed portion(4c) and key eays(4d, 4e). The center shaft is inserted in the eccentric hollowed shaft portion of the inside hub. The acting bar is inserted into the center shaft and supported by a spring(11). An acting lever(15), which is controlled by a hand lever, moves the acting lever. The acting lever moves the wheel(13) and the extruded portion of the wheel inserts one of the key ways of the outside hub drum(4b). This adjusts the center shaft position. |
