PURPOSE:To enhance a noise absorbing effect and to prevent an energy from being unnecessarily stored by connecting an inductor in series with a noise generator, and connecting a CR snubber circuit in parallel with them. CONSTITUTION:An inductor L is connected in series with a noise generator (e.g., a diode) D. A CR snubber circuit is connected in parallel with a series circuit of the generator D and the inductor L. Thus, a noise absorbing effect is improved as compared with the case that the inductor L and the CR snubber are solely used, and an unnecessary energy is not stored in the inductor L. Accordingly, even if used for a switching regulator, the efficiency decrease can be suppressed.
