PURPOSE:To integrate a movable element of a linear motor and a drive circuit of a motor by mounting the drive circuit at the element, and supplying power to be supplied to the drive circuit and a signal for controlling the drive circuit by the same power supply line along a linear motor stator. CONSTITUTION:A DC power source 1 supplies a DC necessary for a controller 3 and a current necessary to drive a motor to a drive circuit 9 mounted at the movable element 7 of a linear pulse motor through a power supply line 5. The controller 3 outputs motor moving direction and distance as a pulse signal. The drive circuit 9 supplies exciting currents in the prescribed order to phase windings 15 of the element through a distributor and an exciter contained therein by an input pulse, and moves the element 7 to the instructed position. Thus, the element 7 and the drive circuit 9 are integrated to reduce the size of the apparatus. |
