PURPOSE:To enlarge the inclined angle of a retaining wall by permitting the use of a thin concrete slab by a method in which a reinforcement is inserted into the cut soil face, reinforcing bars are pierced through the back of the concrete slab, and the top of the reinforcement and the reinforcing bars are tensed by a turnbuckle. CONSTITUTION:Plural reinforcements 11 are inserted in almost parallel into the cut face of the natural ground 10, and only the top 12 of the reinforcements 11 is exposed from the cut face. Reinforcing bars 13 are pierced through holes provided in the back of an rectangular concrete slab 15, and the slab 15 is attached to the cut face. The top 12 of each reinforcement 11 is connected with the reinforcing bars 13, and they are tensed by a turnbuckle 14. Cement mortar 17 is then packed into the space between the cut soil face and the concrete slab 15. |
