PURPOSE:To make it possible to prepare easily a sheet and the like having the large bend on its outerside, by providing a mold corresponding to the outer part of a pad material and a mold corresponding to the central part in a foam mold. CONSTITUTION:A bottom force 13 of a foam mold 11 consists of a fixed mold 13a corresponding to the outer part 25b of a pad material 25 and a movable mold 13b corresponding to the central part 25a. A surface skin material 21a to be covered on the surface of the central part 25a is fixed by adjusting the position on the side of the molding surface 17 of the movable mold 13 and at the same time a surface skin material 21b to be covered on the outer part 25b is led to the outside of the movable mold 13b and the ends are hanged on the outside of the mold. The upper force 12 is put together with the bottom force and a pad material 25 is unified foam-molded with the surface skin material 21. The molds are thereafter opened and the ends of the surface skin material are detached and the pad material 25 and the surface skin material 21 are taken out of the bottom force 13. The pad material 25 is placed on a sheet frame 27 and the ends of the surface skin material 21b are fixed to the sheet frame 27 to prepare a sheet 10. It is thereby possible to make accurately the formation of the outer shape of the sheet and the like having a large bend on their outer surface. |
