PURPOSE:To obtain a high precision electron gun keeping a high accuracy of the electrodes in beeing coaxial by after temporarily fixing the electrode components with an adhesive by interposing spacers between them to keep a desired interval, finally fixing the electrode components by such as beading and thereafter drilling hols. CONSTITUTION:A G3 electrode component 10 having no hole at the center portion a G2 electrode component 11, and a G1 electrode component 12 are successively laid one on another by interposing spacers 13, 14 therebetween, and temporarily fixed with an aditive 15. Thereafter, the temporarily fixed assembly is held with electrode pressors 16, 17 and they are fabricated by beading on bead supports 10a-12a provided for each electrode component 10-12 with bead glass 18 softened by heating. In the next, a drill 19 is used for drilling holes through the whole body from one side of the electrode assembly, and then the adhesion is exholiated or dissolved to remove the spacers 13, 14 and the adhesive 15 by heating or a chemical method. |
