PURPOSE:To easily correct eccentricity by cutting at least part of the rotational center hole of an optical disk. CONSTITUTION:When the optical disk is loaded on an optical disk player, the position of the disk is determined by the contacting between the tapered part of a positioning holder 3 and the inside of the rotational center hole 7 of the optical disk 1, and an upper support body 5 is mounted to support the disk by a lower support body 4 and the upper support body 5. Thus, the eccentricity of a rotating shaft 6 from information recording tracks of the disk 1 is determined by the contacting part of the rotational center hole 7. In this case, part of the rotational center hole 7 is cut to easily vary said eccentricity.
