PURPOSE:To make a structure, a weight and conveyance of the titled device simple, light and convenient respectively, by making movement and control operation of a moving clamp into a manual type based on a torque wrench. CONSTITUTION:Turning and chamfering of an end face are performed by a rotary chamfering machine C by correcting the tip part of a pipe P made of synthetic resin held by each clamp into a trud round. The end faces of the pipes P, P made of the synthetic resin are made to abut against both the surfaces of a hot plate H by turning a torque wrench 4 by making the hot plate H interpose by removing the rotary chamfering machine C. In addition to the above, predetermined pressing force is given through a torque indication plate 41 by turning the torque wrench 4 and fixed by a locking mechanism 5. When the end face of the pipe P is fused, the torque wrench 4 is made to turn reverse by releasing the locking mechanism 5, the hot plate H is removed rapidly, the pipes P, P are made to butt against each other by turning the torque wrench 4 again and the pressing force is made into the predetermined force through reading of the indication plate 41, which is made to keep for a predetermined period of time by the locking mechanism 5. |
