PURPOSE:To increase the output efficiency by preventing the splash from adhering to a condenser lens by providing the protective cylindrical body having a laser nozzle at the emitting port of a laser oscillator, by arranging the first, second and third reflecting mirrors in order and by arranging a condensing lens between the second and third reflecting mirror. CONSTITUTION:The laser beam emitted from a laser oscillator 1 is emitted inside a protective cylindrical body 2 from an emitting port 1a and condensed by a condenser lens 8 via the first reflecting mirror and second reflecting mirror 5, 6 and works with its irradiation the work W of the above of a table 9 through the third reflecting mirror 7 and laser nozzle 3 and prevents the invasion of the splash generated on the work W with the jet of assisting gas by a gas jet port 4. The quantity of one part of the splash generated on the work W reaching upto the condenser lens 8 through the laser nozzle 3 is extremely small therefore and there is no fear to check the output efficiency of the laser beam. |
