<p>PURPOSE:To attain communication even when the setting state of each data communication speed setting switch is different by inputting an output of a switch setting the data communication speed to a control circuit controlling the operation of the entire interface device and using its output signal to control a selector selecting a data communication speed. CONSTITUTION:When a control circuit 26a detects information, a call signal and dial information are given to an interface circuit 23 to read the setting information of a data speed setting switch 22, a selector 20 is controlled based on the read setting information to select the clock being an output of a timing generation circuit 21. In sending a call signal to an EX common controller, the setting information of the data speed setting switch 22 is sent. The EX common controller sends the setting information of the switch 22 altogether in sending the call signal to an incoming side DIF. On the other hand, the call signal and the setting information of the call signal are sent to a control circuit 26a at the incoming side DIF, the control circuit 26a controls the own selector 20 to select the clock being the output of the timing generation circuit 21.</p> |
