PURPOSE:To effectively utilize energy and hold actual horsepower, by vaporizing working fluid, when high temperature water cooling an internal-combustion engine passes through a heat exchanger, and cooling the high temperature water by latent heat of vaporization of the working fluid, when it vaporizes, further generating power by vaporized high pressure gas. CONSTITUTION:If a cooling water pump 8 is actuated, cooling water, being allowed to flow into a cooling water path 2 from a heat exchanger 3, cools an internal-combustion engine 1. And the high temperature cooling water, absorbing heat of the internal-combustion engine 1 to reach the pump 8, returns to the heat exchanger 3. While a working fluid pump 16, if it operates, allows working fluid to flow into the second flow path 9 of the heat exchanger 3, and the working fluid vaporizes by heat of the high temperature water passing in the first flow path 4. And vaporized high pressure gas, after its inflow in a gas turbine 15, is allowed to flow into a condenser 10. Here a generator 14, generating power by rotating a turbine blade, supplies this electric power to a motor 18 or the like through a battery 20. While the gas, being allowed to flow into the condenser 10, is cooled and liquefied.
