PURPOSE:To make an image density uniform, and to lessen a generation of a fog, and to enable a quick development by incorporating a specific aryl compd. to a binding resin. CONSTITUTION:The compds shown by formulas I-IV are incorporated to the binding resin. In the formulas, a symbol A means a coupler residue. The coupler consists of for example, an aromatic hydrocarbon or a heterocyclic compd. contg. a hydroxy group, and an aromatic hydrocarbon or a heterocyclic copd. contg. an amino group. A polystyrene and a styrene-acrylic acid copolymer are used as the binding resin. The titled toner is obtd. by incorporating the specific compd. to the binding resin followed by pulverizing the obtd. resin. The developer is produced toner is used, the toner has the strong negative charging property for the carrier powder, and a depression of a quality of the toner may be prevented in a continuous copy due to a repeated use. |
