PURPOSE:To attain a flexible test operation by performing the control of actuation between a data processor and a tester via a controller. CONSTITUTION:A processor 10 of a device 1 to be tested recognizes the test items designated by the input given from a keyboard 14 and informs them to a controller 5. A processor 50 of the controller 5 collates the informed items with those indicated by the processor 50 itself. When coincidence is obtained from said collation, the controller 5 issues an indication to a tester 2. Thus the tester 2 performs a prescribed key operation through the keyboard 14 for input of the data showing the test items. |
