PURPOSE:To obtain a method for selecting a channel with less probability of interference and for sending a signal by providing a priority between channels and deciding the priority based on the past result by each station and utilizing the priority to apply flow control to avoid congestion of the system. CONSTITUTION:When the priority function of a channel has a prescribed level or over and a decision circuit 12 decides that the line is busy, a command is given to a counter 17 to observe the channel of the next priority. After all the channels are observed, busy information is outputted from a terminal 101 to a sending circuit and when the priority function of the channel is in a prescribed level or below, the busy information is outputted from the terminal 101. When the channel in use is decided by the circuit 13 or the busy state is decided, a sorter 16 rearranges the content of the memory 15. That is, since an adaptive circuit 14 changes the priority function of some channels, sorting is applied again and the content of the memory 15 is rearranged in the order of larger priority function. |
