PURPOSE:Green tea containing safflower, obtained by cutting dried petals of the safflower and leaves and stems thereof, steaming and drying them, and incorporating the resultant dried material with adlay, popped unpolished rice, popped glutinous rice and stems of green SENCHA (green tea of middle grade), rich in vitamin E and calcium and suitable for health drink. CONSTITUTION:Green tea, containing safflower and obtained by cutting dried petals of the safflower and leaves and stems thereof, drying the resultant cut materials with steam at, e.g. 80-100 deg.C for about 15min, while rubbing in a rolling machine and incorporating the resultant dried material with adlay, popped unpolished rice, popped glutinous rice and stems of SENCHA (green tea of middle grade), preferably at 2:21:10:35:2:30 weight ratio. |
