<p>PURPOSE:To prevent any change in flow speed at the time of making changeover in the force-feeding process by opening an equalizing valve so as to introduce high pressure driving water slowly into a cylinder being on standby for the force-feeding process, and by compressing air layer downward a piston so as to equalize the slurry force-feeding pressure. CONSTITUTION:When slurry supply to the second cylinder B is finished and valves B-SI, B-WO are closed as well as a valve B-SO in the state of being closed, an equalizing valve 18 is opened and high pressure clean water is slowly introduced through a bypass pipe 16. And, air layer 20 downward a piston 2 is compressed so as to equalize slurry force-feeding pressure. In other wards, pressure in the second cylinder B in the state of waiting is made to be nearly equal to discharge pressure of a clean water high pressure pump 10. Also, force- feeding is prepared to be started, and the valve B-SO is opened so as to make the first and the second cylinders A, B be in the state of leading through. Flow speed change and pressure change are prevented from occurring by the above mechanism.</p> |
