CONTINUOUS PRODUCTION UNIT FOR REINFORCED RESIN SHEET

PURPOSE:To provide a continuous production unit of reinforced resin sheet, which allows to measure the heating temperature of a laminate economically and with good workability by a structure wherein temperature detecting devices to detect the temperature of the belts of conveyers are installed at the outlet of a heating device. CONSTITUTION:A temperature detecting device 4 consists of a truck 4c, which is mounted on a rail 4A installed in the state of traversing a conveyer 1 so as to freely shift in the width direction of the conveyer and on which a radiation temperature sensor 4B to detect the radiation temperature of a conveyer belt 1A is equipped, and a motor 4E, which shifts the truck 4C through a timing belt 4D so as to shift the radiation temperature sensor 4B in order to detect the temperatures over the total width of the conveyer belt 1A. Because the temperature of a heated laminates B (not shown on fig.) is nearly proportional to the surface temperature of the conveyer belt 1A, the temperature of the laminate B can be detected indirectly by reciprocating the radiation temperature sensor 4B to detect the temperature of the conveyer belt 1A regularly or irregularly.
