PURPOSE:To obtain the cladding sheet of high adhesive strength by rolling the adhesive face in the heating state by passing high frequency current between a pair of mutually overlapping metallic sheets and by heating the joining part of the metallic sheet. CONSTITUTION:The electrodes 3a, 3b touching the surface of metallic sheets W1, W2 are provided at the fixed position in the inlet side of rolling rolls 1, 2 on a high frequency current generating device 3. The high frequency current passed from the high frequency current generating device 3 is passed in the order of the adhesive face side of the metallic sheet W1, the joining part P of the metallic sheets W1 and W2, the adhesive face side of the metallic sheet W2 and the electrode 3b from the electrode 3a and the current density becomes big on the joining part P, which becomes of high temp. locally, and is melted positively with the metallic sheets W1, W2 being heated and the adhesive face of the sheets W1, W2 being heated as well. The cladding sheet of strong adhesive force is obtd. by rolling two sheets of metallic sheets W1, W2 in high temp. state accordingly. |
