PURPOSE:To increase rigidity in a working system and improved a response characteristic of a piston to a roller, by arranging a pump adjacent to an upper part actuator chamber and setting a feed oil pipe, which connects the both of these pump and chamber, in a short length. CONSTITUTION:A plunger 1 of a pump 3, provided approaching an upper part actuator chamber 5, is lifted by an exhaust cam 2 through a roller 9 and a long sized rod 10. Then working fluid in the pump 3 is compressed, and its pressure is propagated in a feed oil pipe 4 of short length, reaching the upper part actuator chamber 5. And if force acting on a piton 6 exceeds the force of an air spring chamber 7, a device, depressing the piston 6, opens an exhaust valve 8. Here the device, arranging the pump 3 approaching the upper part actuator chamber 5, sets the feed oil pipe 4, connecting the both of these pump 3 and chamber 5, in a short length. Accordingly, rigidity can be increased in a working system constituted mainly of the rod 10 and the working fluid.
