PURPOSE:To prevent defect of identification due to mutual interference with an adjacent unit and adverse effect on a human body by providing a power receiving loop coil generating an induced electromotive force by electromagnetic induction and outputting an AC output and a rectifier circuit converting an AC output from the loop coil into a DC. CONSTITUTION:The ID unit 1 consists of the power reception loop coil 3, the rectifier circuit 4 rectifying and smoothing the AC output from the coil 3, a code setting section 5 set with a data code specific to the unit, an oscillation/ modulation circuit 6 as the oscillation means oscillating/modulating the data code and a transmission antenna 7. A fixed set 2 is provided with a power supply loop coil 8 coupled electromagnetically with the loop coil 3, an oscillation circuit 9 outputting an exciting current, a power amplifier circuit 10 amplifying the exciting current and an antenna 11 receiving the radio wave from the antenna 7 of the ID unit 1, the amplifier circuit 13 amplifying the received data signal and a demodulation circuit 14 demodulating the data signal into the data code.
