PURPOSE:To display a word registered on a specific key on a display screen by registering the work which is repeatedly used during sentence editing work on the specific key through the picture and depressing said key. CONSTITUTION:When the word is initially registered, the word to be registered is displayed on the as (a) shown in figure, and then a memory key 25 is pressed by pressing an expansion key 24 after a cursor 31 is matched to the character of the work to be registered, as (b) shown in the figure. then the cursor 31 is moved up to the character of the word to be registered by a cursor shift key 26 to press an execution key 21, as (c) in figure shows. Accordingly 'Japanese word processor', the word on the picture, is registered. When the word registered on the key 25 is used, the key 25 is pressed to read the registered word, and 'Japanese word processor' is displayed as (d) in figure shows. Whenever the key 25 is pressed, the word 'Japanese work processor' is displayed, and can be held until it is replaced with other words.
