PURPOSE:To prevent a screw piece from pivoting and coming off by a method wherein the tubular synthetic resin screw piece equipped with a thread on its outer peripheral surface is inserted in a bell-mouthed opening and, after that, a thread part is formed by pressing the opening to the outer peripheral surface side of the screw piece so as to closely contact the outer peripheral surface of the screw piece with the inner surface of the nozzle part. CONSTITUTION:Firstly, a screw piece 1 equipped with a thread 3 is inserted from the open side of the opening cylinder 6 of a bell-mouthed container main body 2 into the cylinder 6 so as to anchor the bottom 9 of the screw piece 1 by the base 7 of the cylinder 6, the inner diameter Y of which is made smaller than the outer diameter X of the screw piece 1. Secondly, the nozzle part 6 is pressingly contacted from outside with a working roller 10 so as to press the nozzle part 6 to the outer peripheral surface side of the screw piece 1 in order to form a thread part 11, which is formed along the thread 3 of the screw piece 1 in the indented shape, onto the cylinder 6 and at the same time to imbed the open end 8 in the stepped part 4 of the screw piece 1 by bending. Thirdly, the outer peripheral surface of the screw piece 1 and the inner surface of the cylinder 6 are bonded by heating the screw piece 1 and the cylinder 6 with a heating device 12 provided outside the cylinder 6. Thus, both the formation of the thread part onto the cylinder and the bonding of the screw part with the nozzle part can be done easily and surely. |
