PURPOSE:To control the degree of mixing by catching the change of state of mixture on advance and consequently manufacture the mixture with stable quality by a method wherein the degree of mixing is controlled by comparing both temperatures of the mixture measured at the central part and the outlet part of mixing chamber part. CONSTITUTION:Firstly, material supplied from a hopper part 6 is continuously supplied through a screw shaft part 1a into a chamber part 7, in which the material is ground with shearing action by passing through gaps, each to which is made between the tip part of one of rotors and the inner surface of a chamber part, are melted. Secondly, the resultant molten material is spread through the back and forth shifting by kneader blades having twisting directions different from each other and the transfer of the material between the two rotors. Finally, the completely kneaded material is continuously discharged from a gate 8, the opening of which is variable. Thermocouples 15 to measure the temperatures T1, T2 and T3 of the mixture or said completely kneaded material are mounted at 3 positions or the outlet, center and inlet of the chamber part 7. The measured temperatures are compared with one another and the resultant instruction is transmitted through a control device to an opening changing device 13 in order to control the opening of the gate 8. Consequently, the hindrance due to time lag is prevented from occurring and the high quality mixture can be obtained. |
