摘要 PURPOSE:To work a linear part at high speed and circular arc part in high accuracy by comparing with a NC program by operating the moving speed due to the error by estimating the circular arc error of the work head for the NC program at the circular arc cutting time and by reducing to the speed less than the circular arc error. CONSTITUTION:The set moving speed F is inputted into a NC program 1, the moving speed F set by a comparing means 3 and the circular arc clamping speed FC set by a setting means 2 are compared an the slower is outputted to a comparing means 5 as a moving speed FN. On the other hand, an accuracy clamping speed FS is operated and stored by an accuracy clamp speed and memory means 4. The moving speed FN and accuracy clamping speed FS are compared then by the comparing means 5, the slower is outputted as the moving speed FR and the moving speed FA that the uneven speed is eliminated by averaging it with an averaging process means 6 is inputted to a driving means 7. The linear part is therefore moved at high speed, the circular arc part reduced and the work is performed with good accuracy.
