PURPOSE:To provide the titled blend which has excellent rate of cure and anti- scorching properties and gives vulcanizate having excellent compression set, heat resistance, mechanical and physical properties, etc., containing a halogen- contg. acrylic rubber, trithiocyanuric acid, dicyandiamide and an Al-contg. compd. CONSTITUTION:0.5-10pts.wt. Al-contg. compd. such as Al salt of an org. carboxylic acid (e.g. Al salt of an 8-18C fatty acid), 0.1-10pts.wt. trithiocyanuric acid and 0.1-10pts.wt. dicyandiamide are blended with 100pts.wt. halogen-contg. acrylic rubber obtd. by copolymerizing 60-99.9wt% alkyl acrylate monomer, 10-0.1wt% halogen-contg. monomer (e.g. 2-chloroethyl acrylate) and 30-0wt% at least one monomer (e.g. acrylic acid) copolymerizable therewith. |
