PURPOSE:To put on a seat belt easily, by installing a belt hanger movable automatically along a rail, in a seat belt device where the hanger is moved from one side to the other side of the seat, for passengers putting on seat belts. CONSTITUTION:At the upper and lower positions of a center pillar 2 of a car body 1, belt holders 3 and 4 are installed swinging freely respectively, and a seat belt 6 drawn out from a retractor 5 is guided movably. At the seat side opposite from the window glass of the body 1, is furnished a rail 7 formed in about L shape along the roof of the body 1. The rail 7 is installed swinging freely at a frame 8 united to the body 1, through a bearing unit 9 and a motor 10 with a decelerator. Moreover, a cart 16 with a belt hanger 18 is arranged movable along the rail 7 through a wire 15, by a rotation of a pulley 12 driven by a motor 11 with a decelerator, to make it possible to put on the seat belt automatically. |
