PURPOSE:To enhance acceptance potential and surface potential of a photosensitive body by forming an interlayer between the electro-static charge generating layer and the charge transfer layer of a functionally separated laminated type photosensitive body and incorporating a charge transfer material same as that of the charge transfer layer in an amt. smaller than that of the charge transfer layer. CONSTITUTION:The photosensitive body is obtained by coating an aluminum substrate 1 with a dispersion obtained by well mixing 60 pts.wt. of N, N- diphenyl-N, N-bis(2-methylphenyl)-(1, 1'-biphenyl)-4, 4'-amine (Clorodian Blue), 40 pts.wt. of polymethyl methacrylate, and 1800 pts.wt. of toluene by using a wiper, drying it to obtain the charge generating layer 2, then, coating it with a solution composed of 0.5 pt.wt. of 1-phenyl-3-(p-diethylaminostyryl)-5-(p-diethyl- aminophenyl)--2-pyrazoline (ASPP), 99.5 pts.wt. of PMMA, and 600 pts.wt. of toluene, drying it to form the interlayer 3, further, coating it with a solution composed of 60 pts.wt. of ASPP, 40 pts.wt. of PMMA, and 700 pts.wt. of toluene, and drying it to form the charge transfer layer 4. |
