PURPOSE:To make it possible to form a whole flat cargo loading floor, by pivotting a seat back with a hinge at a position to make the rear side of the seat back placed at the same level to the cargo floor, and to form an extended platform from the cargo room when the seat back is folded down. CONSTITUTION:When a seat is used, the projection of a slider plate 25 fixed at a seat cushion 11 is inserted in the recessed part of a rotary plate 21, and the rotary plate 21 is supported by a rachet from the lower side, while a pin 26 is geared to the lower end of a guide groove 27. On the other hand, when a seat back 12 is folded forward, that is, on the seat cushion 11, a lock releasing lever 23 is turned forward, the rachet is removed from the rotary plate 21, and the seat back 12 can be folded down around a hinge pin 20. In this position, the hinge 20 is arranged at the position to place the rear side 12a of the folded seat back 12 approximately at the same level to the cargo room floor 18.
