PURPOSE:To weigh stably commodities at high accuracy without fail by calculating the average weight of commodities per effective weigher that is averaging all the weight by weighers jointing the combined weighing and controlling the supply amount of commodities so that the number of jointing weighers can be less than the half all effective weighers. CONSTITUTION:According to a command from an arithmetic control part (f) a spreading feeder (a) and a parabolic feeder (b) are driven to supply commodities to be weighed to the hoppers of plural weighers (c). Respective weighers (c) measure weights W1-Wn of the supplied commodites, input them to the arithmetic control part (f) through a multiplexer (d) and an A/D converter (e), select plural weighers, which approximate a target weight WT, and open the hoppers. During said actions, the average weight of weighers jointing the combination is calculated. Then the feeders (a) and (b) are controlled so that the number of weighers jointing the combination can be about 1/2 that of the effective weighers, and the supply weight of commodities to each weigher is set.
