PURPOSE:To simplify the control and to improve the reliability by sending a selection signal to plural groups and plural lines sequentially within a time specified by an incorporated program so as to eliminate the need for a group changeover circuit for the sending of a selection signal from a pseudo call generator to an exchange. CONSTITUTION:Line changeover relays 2LA-2LM are controlled by a program incorporated in a control section 4. First, selection signal oscillators 1a 1m control the kind of selection signals from the control section 4 at the same time in a form suitable for lines No2l1a-2la1m, then drives a line control relay 2LA and sends the signal to the line. Then the kind of the selection signals and the line control relays 2LB-2LM are controlled sequentially and the selection signal is sent within the specified to the lines No2lm1a... lines No2la1m... lines No2lm1a... lines No2lm1m.
