PURPOSE:To enhance heat radiating property and durability, by covering the surface of a composite bar of Cu-core-Ni alloy with alumina. CONSTITUTION:Ni alloy having a thickness of 100mum is arranged around a Cu core part having a cross sectional area of 50% of the total cross sectional area of the composite bar of Cu-core-Ni alloy. The film of alumina, having a thickness of 20-50mum is formed on the surface of the composite bar. Thus the heat radiating property and durability of the bar is enhanced.
