PURPOSE:To make it possible to perform continuous laser oscillation even if a blower fails, by providing the block of a pair of a gas-laser circulating blower and a high-voltage power source as a cathode-pin group so that a power is supplied to every block. CONSTITUTION:In a laser oscillator, a high voltage power source 12 and a power source switch 13 are provided for every block of a cathode pin group 3. Therefore, the cathode pin group 3 and a pair of the laser gas circulating blower and the high voltage power source 12 form a block constitution. Therefore, power can be individually supplied to every block of the cathode pin group 3 from the high voltage power source 12 through the power source switch 13. When the laser oscillator is continuously operated for a long period and even if one of the blowers fails and stops, the operation can be continued without stopping the laser oscillation. |
