PURPOSE:To reduce wear of a connecor due to a fluid to be measured by installing a circular stage part on the opening edge of a ceramic tube, applying metallic surface treatment to the edge surface and fitting a conductive circular connector in the stage part. CONSTITUTION:The circular stage part 23 is installed on the opening edge of the ceramic tube 21. The metallic surface treatment is applied to the stage part 23 from the flange part 22 of the ceramic tube 21 to from a conductive part 24. Moreover the circular connector 25 is fitted in the circular stage part 23. The ceramic tube 21 formed in such a way is loaded by an exciting coil 31, fitted by an electrode 26 and inserted into a piping 32. Then the connector 25 is used as an earth ring. Thus the connector 25 will not be worn by the fluid to be measured, whereby it can maintain a function as an earth ring for a long time.
